Mr. Willis G. Hall, Jr, 52

Willis G. Hall, Jr, 52 of Albany passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Hospital. Willis was born August 1, 1970 in Adel. He attended St. Teresa Catholic Church in Albany. Willis was an over the road driver with Pope Trucking in Pearson, and also worked at J. B. Hunt, Willis Ag, Wiley Sanders, and Reddy Ice. He liked watching old programs on T. V., enjoyed working in his shop, and collected clowns.

Survivors his wife of 19 years, Pamela Hall of Albany; mother,Lilly Martha Hall of Sparks; brothers, Kenny Hall of Adel, and Scott (Melinda) Hall of Hazelhurst; sister, Catina (Mike) Sutton of Nashville; nephews & nieces, Tiffany Hall, Ashley Hall, Preston Hall, Bethany Hall, Iseiah Hall, Chloe Hall, Brenda N Sutton, Kimberly Iovine, & Mike Sutton, Jr; great nieces & nephews, Jemma Spivey, Paisley Hudgins, Ryder Rogers, Kylee Hall, Payton King, Jaxsen Iovine, and Arielle Iovine; and cousins, Lindsey Alford, Angela Lancaster, and Stephanie Walker. Willis is preceded in death by his father, Willis “Buddy” Hall, Sr.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Rogers. Interment followed at Leila United Methodist Church Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.purvisfh.com. Purvis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
