Mrs. Rudine A. Noble, 90

Mrs. Rudine A. Noble, 90, of Adel, Georgia, passed away December 20, 2022 at the Orchard at Stone Creek in Valdosta, Georgia.  Mrs. Noble was born in Cook County on November 4, 1932 and her parents were Norman Floyd Arrington and Nellie Carr Arrington Roland.  She lived all of her life in Cook County, was a homemaker and member of the Adel United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Noble was survived by two children: her daughter, Peggy Noble and her son, David Noble, both of Adel; and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Woodrow W. Noble; two brothers, Robert Arrington and Earl Arrington; and four sisters: Louise Friar, Eala Davis, Mamie Lou Spradley and Hazel Roberts. 

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Adel Wesleyan Church with Rev. Jimmy Sharp officiating.  Following the service she was placed in her mausoleum at the Woodlawn Cemetery.  Marian Parrish sang “Amazing Grace” accompanied on piano by Cindy Williams; other special music selections played at the service included “This World Is Not My Own” and “Standing on the Promises” by the Statler Brothers.  Visitation was held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the church prior to the service.
