Mr. Earcle A. Griffin, 72

Mr. Earcle A. Griffin, age 72, of Sparks, Georgia passed away on August 30, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.  Mr. Griffin was born on November 5, 1949 in Cook County and his parents were Perry Lee Griffin and Lois Missouri Harris Griffin.  He lived all of his life in Cook County and was a retired welder with Del-Cook Lumber Company.  Mr. Griffin was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by three sons: Jonathan Griffin of Black Mountain, North Carolina, Timothy Griffin of Bushnell, Florida and Dustin Griffin of Nashville, Georgia; two daughters: Angela Griffin of Adel and Ramona Griffin, both of Sparks; two special daughters: Lindsey Thomason and Stephanie Hernandez, both of Sparks; ten grandchildren: Lance Carter of Quitman, Georgia, Rebecca Carter of Sparks, Aimee Lee Thomason of Sparks, Megan Griffin of Nashville, Clay Griffin of Valdosta, Cole Griffin of Nashville, Isabella Griffin of Bushnell, Tiziana Nicolas of Adel, Bryan Hernandez of Sparks, and Juan Hernandez of Sparks; four great grandchildren: Kagen Carter, Ganaan Carter and Pason Carter, all of Quitman, and Brinson Hahn of Sparks; one brother, Calvin Griffin of Adel and one sister, Pattie Sue Parker of Summerville, Florida.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Griffin, and his special fishing buddy, V.J. Henley.

Mr. Griffin’s request to be cremated was honored and a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Condolences may be expressed online at www.boonefunerals.com. Boone Funeral Home, Inc. is serving the Griffin family.
