Glenda Gibbs, 77

 Glenda Gibbs, 77 of Lenox passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Glenda was born November 2, 1944 to the late Cordie & Irene Walker Cox. Glenda was a member of Lenox Baptist Church and worked at Belk’s for many years as office manager. She loved her grandchildren, family and her flowers. She also enjoyed taking pictures.

Survivors include her sons, Neal (Donna) Gibbs of Cummings, GA, and Greg (Debbie) Gibbs of Delaware, OH; grandchildren, Kristien Sapp, Austin Harper, Hunter Gibbs, Christopher Gibbs, Adam Gibbs, and Zachary Gibbs; brother, Terry (Dana) Cox of Douglas; sisters, Wanda Blount of Lenox, and Vicki (Randy) Childers of Tifton. Glenda was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Gary Blount.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Lenox Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Metzger, Rev. Dan Eidson, and Rev. Charles Walker officiating. Interment followed at Lenox City Cemetery.
