Dee Hardy, 50

Mrs. Dee Hardy, 50 of Nashville passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Dee was born January 11, 1972 to the late David Ralph Hardy & Shirley Ruth Montgomery Hardy. She attended Beulah Holiness Baptist Church and graduated from Cook High School in 1991. Dee loved Jesus, her family, her little dogs, her friends and church. She enjoyed playing the piano, organ, and accordion. Dee was a good hearted person with a beautiful smile.

Survivors include her sisters, Candy Sturdivant (Tim Sumner) of Sparks, Marsha (Steve) Ruffin of Thomaston, GA, and Robbie Brooker (Jim Rogers) of Lake Park; nieces, Tina Meeler, Rebecca (Jon) Richardson, and Amber Meeler (Hunter Lofton); great nieces, Mikayla Meeler, and Neveah Gordon; nephews, Brandon Brooker, Michael Brooker, and Noah Brooker; great nephews, Jaiden Deberry, Ashton Richardson, and Luke Richardson; dear friends, Lance & Anita Lovett of Adel; her beloved dogs, Precious, and Peanut; and her dear family member, Robert Cerise and church family. Dee was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Hardy, and her sister, Linda Sue Hardy.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 7, 2022 at Beulah Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Walker officiating. Interment followed at Wilkes Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers were Terry Sirmans, Vernon Hughes, Riley Walker, Joe Broome, Jamie Stalvey, and Jonathan Richardson.
