Sandra “Sandy” Brooks, 71

Mrs. Sandra “Sandy” Brooks, 71, of Sparks, Georgia, passed away on January 19, 20222 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Moultrie. She was born on January 2, 1951 in Bradenton, Florida and her parents were Rufus Jackson Fralick and Myrtice Doris Sumner Fralick. Mrs. Brooks lived most of her life in Florida and Tifton, Georgia before settling in Sparks 11 years ago. She was a Baptist and a retired Certified Nurses Assistant and caregiver.

Mrs. Brooks is survived by her son, David Fralick of Sparks; her daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Bob Tomlinson of Adel, Georgia; two grandchildren: Carson and Hannah Tomlinson, both of Adel; and three brothers: Ted Fralick of Bradenton, Florida, Terry Fralick of Tifton and Ken Fralick of Tennessee. A graveside service for Mrs. Brooks was held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Sparks City Cemetery in Sparks with Rev. Johnny Hendley officiating. “Lead Me Home” and “Go Rest High on That Mountain” were played at the service.
